Last Updated: 28 April 2025

Effective Date: 1 May 2025

1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or attending a Cham Capital programme, or by using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register or use our website.

Programmes are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By registering, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter this agreement.

3. Programme Description

Cham Capital offers financial education programmes in a reading-and-discussion format. These are educational services, not financial advisory services. We do not provide personalised financial advice, investment recommendations, or assessments of individual financial circumstances.

Programmes are delivered at our premises in Patong, Phuket, or at agreed partner venues. We do not currently offer online-only programmes. Availability is subject to minimum enrolment numbers being reached.

4. Enrolment and Participation

Registration

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Places are allocated in the order enquiries are received.

Group size

Groups are capped at a maximum of twelve participants. Cham Capital reserves the right to refuse registration once a programme is full.

Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with fellow participants and facilitators. Cham Capital reserves the right to remove a participant from a programme if their conduct significantly disrupts the group, without obligation to refund.

Confidentiality

Personal disclosures made in sessions by other participants should be treated as confidential. Participants agree not to share identifiable information about fellow participants outside the group.

5. Payment Terms

All fees are quoted and payable in Thai Baht (THB). Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of registration. Full payment is required to confirm a place unless a written instalment arrangement has been agreed.

Refund policy

Requests to transfer enrolment to a different programme cohort will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

All programme materials — including printed volumes, worksheets, reflection guides, and session notes — are the intellectual property of Cham Capital. Materials are provided for personal use by participants only.

7. Disclaimers

Cham Capital's programmes are educational in nature. Nothing discussed in a session constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Participants should consult appropriately qualified professionals for advice specific to their circumstances.

Cham Capital does not represent that participation in a programme will produce any particular financial outcome. Educational content is provided in good faith based on publicly available information and does not constitute a recommendation regarding any financial product.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Cham Capital's liability to any participant shall not exceed the programme fee paid by that participant. Cham Capital shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Force majeure: Cham Capital is not liable for failure to deliver a programme due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or health emergencies. In such cases, programmes may be rescheduled or fees refunded at Cham Capital's discretion.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Cham Capital against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your conduct during a programme, or any misuse of programme materials.

10. Termination

Either party may withdraw from a programme in accordance with the cancellation terms in Section 5. Cham Capital may terminate a participant's enrolment without refund if Section 4 conduct requirements are materially breached. Sections 6, 7, 8, and 9 survive termination.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt resolution informally by written correspondence in the first instance.

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to the courts of Phuket Province, Thailand.

12. General Provisions

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated to registered participants by email where possible. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
